Vikasith ’s R&D Centre of Excellence is a state-of-the-art 7,500 sq. ft. facility dedicated to advanced research, process innovation, and custom synthesis. The centre currently employs 25 highly skilled scientists, with expansion underway to reach 50–60 experts within the next three months. The facility is equipped with 24 advanced fume hoods, a Kilo Lab featuring two walk-in fume hoods, and a HiPo Lab with three isolators, designed to handle complex and high-potency compounds. Our scientific team maintains a Ph.D. to M.Sc. ratio of 1:5, ensuring a strong balance of research excellence and practical expertise.
