Vikasith’s chemistry capabilities span an extensive range of complex synthetic disciplines. Our teams possess deep expertise in heterocyclic chemistry, boronic acid derivatives, amidites and phosphonamidites, as well as cryogenic reactions such as n-butyllithium (NBL), methyllithium (MeLi), and Grignard reactions.

We excel in asymmetric synthesis, peptide chemistry, lipid and carbohydrate chemistry, and hydrogenation under high-pressure conditions. The R&D organization actively pursues sustainable and green process development, integrating environmentally responsible chemistry into scalable production.

Our scientists are adept in organometallic transformations involving lithium, sodium, potassium, and magnesium reagents, as well as azide, sulfur-based, and nitration reactions. We also employ biotransformation and enzymatic methods, and leverage metal-mediated catalysis using Pt, Pd, Ir, Cu, and Ni complexes.

In addition, Vikasith ’s research programs include linker and conjugate chemistry for oligonucleotides and ADCs, as well as continuous flow chemistry — ensuring process efficiency, reproducibility, and safety at every scale.
